Allowance Based Selections
Clients are guided through material options that align with the allowance you set. When selections exceed that allowance, upgrades are clearly presented and priced accordingly.
Protect Your Margin
You define your preferred margin percentage up front and pricing is structured to maintain that margin on every project.
Upgrade Flexibility
Clients have the freedom to upgrade materials as desired. When they do, pricing adjusts automatically while preserving your margin.

How It Works
Step 1
Set Your Allowance and Margin
- You define the countertop allowance and your margin percentage at the start of the project. We handle the client meeting and material selection, saving you time, while keeping everything aligned with your budget.
Step 2
Send Your Client
-
Your client is sent to us for material selection and pricing based on the allowance you provided. We present them with options that fit the allowance, with upgrades clearly explained so expectations stay clear.
Step 3
Pricing Approval
-
If their selections exceed the allowance, we'll adjust the pricing to preserve your margin. To ensure there are no surprises, the pricing and final selections are submitted to you for approval before we start the fabrication process.
Step 4
Fabrication & Installation
-
Once approved, fabrication and installation is completed in coordination with your build schedule.
