Overcoming Objections

  1. Who are you comparing us to, and what's included in their quote? — Expose hidden costs and missing line items.
  2. Are their installers W-2 employees or subcontractors? — Our team is trained, accountable, and insured under our company.
  3. Do you want the cheapest price or the best value? — Reframe from cost to long-term quality and peace of mind.
  4. What happens if something goes wrong after install? — Budget shops disappear. We answer the phone and stand behind our work.
  5. How long are you planning to live in this home? — Spread the price difference over 15-20 years and it's pennies a day.
  6. Are they registered with the state? Do they carry business insurance? — If they're not licensed and insured, the homeowner could be liable.
  7. How long have they been in business? Will they be here in 20 years? — We've been here and we're not going anywhere.
