We are now seeking a smart, talented Marketing Coordinator with social media experience to work closely with our team on sales and promotions initiatives.

Here’s why you want this role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our company. Your primary focus will be to coordinate and launch social media, PPC, and digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to build brand awareness and drive sales. Think Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook and marketing automation and PPC.

We’re not looking for an Adobe or Google Adwords whiz but rather someone with a solid understanding of the basics and the drive to put the digital pieces together in a cohesive plan.

You’ll love how valued and listened to your ideas are, and you’ll have full access to our marketing resources to help your great ideas into action.

  • You’ll revel in the everyday pace of coordinating campaigns, events, media, web and social media initiatives to keep Granite America top-of-mind.

  • You’ll love liaising with the design team to create cool Granite America social media campaigns and other branding collateral.
  • You’ll enjoy putting your sharp analytical skills to good use testing, evaluating, and improving the efficiency of our marketing and sales campaigns.
  • And the buzz of orchestrating campaigns to plan, and the resulting leads generated for the sales team will excite you!

There’s little doubt the role will be incredibly varied but day-to-day expect to:

  1. Oversee the generation of the assets required for our digital campaigns and general mar-comms. This includes everything from emails campaigns and landing pages to social media.
  2. Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into workflows and new campaigns.
  3. Work closely with our various marketing partners to ensure deliverables are completed according to brief—and on-brand.

What we need

While we don't need you to be a New York advertising guru, we do need an organized and confident Marketing Coordinator who can turn ideas and plans into action.

You are:

  • Familiar with all the major social media channels and the options available (organic and paid).
  • nquisitive and have a genuine interest in marketing and business management.
  • Professional, self-confident, and at ease communicating with senior managers, marketing professionals, and the like.
  • Experienced in a similar role, perhaps with a degree in communications, PR, events management, marketing, or similar. Still apply if you’ve just graduated and truly believe you have the stuff we’re looking for.
  • Familiar with CRM (think customer database) and have a basic understanding of marketing automation.
  • Enthusiastic for new challenges in a unique industry.

The position is an office-based role in our Louisville office.
